Returns
Due to the nature of food products, matcha and other food items cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Matcha is a delicate product that is sensitive to light, air, and humidity. Therefore, we cannot accept returns after shipment.
However, this does not apply if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at:

Non-returnable Items

- Perishable goods
- Opened or used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges.

Return Shipping
If a return is accepted for any reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds

Depending on the circumstances described above, a refund may not be granted.
